MO Tech Talk 2018 Sponsors

We would like to thank our sponsors for their support! Based upon feedback and conference planning surveys filled out by school district technology departments, we only invited the top vendors that were said to be trusted by school district technology departments across the state of Missouri. These sponsors support the technology in Missouri school districts well!

Interested in sponsoring MOTechTalk? Here’s some quick info:

  • How can you be a sponsor? Sponsors are typically sought out by the MOTechTalk planning committee. We took feedback and did conference planning surveys filled out by school district technology departments and asked who they wanted as sponsors. We only invited the top vendors that were said to be trusted by school district technology departments across the state of Missouri. That said, if you weren’t asked, that doesn’t completely mean that there’s no a place for you at the conference. You can reach out to us and we’ll see what we can come with up; email cwarden@centralr3.org.
  • Are there different sponsorship levels and what’s the difference between them? Yes! We have 5 sponsorship levels:
    • Platinum – Cost is $2500. You’ll basically be paying the bill for food and drink (either picking up the tab for breakfast and a snack OR lunch and a snack).
      • What do you get in return?
        • An hour long “Vendor Showcase” classroom session where you can show off your skills, products, and solutions (Platinum and Gold only)
        • A booth in our vendor area for both days of the conference, where whitepapers can be given out (Platinum and Gold only)
        • A link on the motechtalk.com website as well as a tweet from @MOTechTalk
        • Advertising at the conference and on emails, tweets, and other materials
        • A vocal plug during the conference (Platinum only)
        • A banner in the main conference room (Platinum and Gold only)
        • An invitation to participate in other sessions as much or as little as you want, as long as it works schedule and topic-wise, of course (Platinum will have first choice on sessions and topics)
    • Gold – Cost is $1500. You’ll basically be providing money for particular swag and needed items for the conference. We did a survey on what folks want and we try to get those items.
